Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Mumbai Collab's services, website, and platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Mumbai Collab offers digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• •Social Media Management & Strategy
• •Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• •Influencer Marketing Campaigns
• •Product Photography & Content Creation
• •Website Development & Design
• •Mobile App Development
• •Email & Affiliate Marketing
• •SEO & PPC Advertising
• •Data Analytics & Reporting

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payment terms are as follows:

• •50% advance payment required before project initiation
• •Remaining 50% due upon project completion or as per milestone agreement
• •Monthly subscriptions billed at the start of each month
• •Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
• •All payments are non-refundable after work has commenced
• •Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension

As a client, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• •Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• •Approve deliverables within agreed timelines (typically 3-5 business days)
• •Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• •Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Provide necessary access to platforms, accounts, and resources

All content, designs, strategies, source code, and materials created by Mumbai Collab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment:

• •Ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement
• •Mumbai Collab retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio
• •Client grants us license to use logos and brand assets for promotional purposes
• •Third-party tools and licenses remain property of their respective owners

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mumbai Collab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• •Business interruption or reputation damage
• •Third-party claims or liabilities
• •Results or ROI from marketing campaigns (results may vary)

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• •30 days written notice for standard termination
• •Immediate termination for breach of these terms
• •Immediate termination for non-payment
• •Immediate termination for illegal activities
• •No refund for unused portion of monthly subscriptions

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, and client data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of this agreement.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• •Using our services for spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• •Attempting to reverse engineer our proprietary tools or software
• •Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
• •Circumventing payment requirements or subscription terms
• •Impersonating Mumbai Collab or its employees
• •Harvesting or scraping data from our platforms

Mumbai Collab reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
