We understand that sometimes plans change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent while protecting both our clients and our team. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the stage of completion.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• • Within 7 days of payment before any work has commenced
• • Duplicate payment or billing error - Full refund within 30 days
• • Service not delivered as per agreed timeline and scope
• • Technical issues from our end that cannot be resolved

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• • Work has already been initiated or completed
• • Change of mind after project delivery
• • Delays caused by client (late responses, missing information)
• • Third-party costs (ad spend, influencer payments, software subscriptions)
• • Monthly subscription fees after the service period has started

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@mumbaicollab.com with subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your invoice number and payment date
3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
4. Attach any relevant documentation or communication

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:

• • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
• • UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
• • International Payments: Up to 15 business days
